A decent simple CMS system

Hello I am looking for a "Content Management System" that is easy to implement and design around .

Any body out there familure with CMS's and not too complex like Typo3.
Either ASP or PHP is fine .... I want to design around it whereas client can do the up-keep

I know this is a little out side the realms of Flash but cjust checking to see if any body know
