AS Eased In movement

Ive been struggling with this for a while:

I have three buttons, and a horizontal bar on my bage, when i click the buttons i want the bar to move and gradualy slow down to where i want, but only horizontally. I used to have a script for this but ive since formatted my comp.

Id appreciate any help.
