now i need a simple program which transform by voice into some kind of caroon style

is there any free =

GoldWave ist just a wav editor. I didnt find any option where i can change my voice (are there any character i can choose ?)

The other one is a program to read .txt eh? Has nothing to do with voice modulation ??

You should be able to use pitch shift ( or whatever it's called in Goldwave ) to raise or lower your voice and make it sound cartoony ( with some experimentation of course ).

Pitch shift is your friend in these situations.
