Commercial DVD players can't render Flash SWF files because they don't contain a Flash player and they can't run projectors because they aren't PC, Macintosh or Linux computers.

A DVD player is a fairly simple hardware device that knows how to play video encoded on the DVD. The navigation systems you see on DVD players aren't dynamic they are very simple menu systems that jump to different content.

If you want to use content from your Flash movie on a DVD you'll have to export it to a movie format (modified MPEG-2) that the DVD player understands. You can find out a LOT more by reading the DVD FAQ.
