Man I love that car; even being in a Bond film couldn't make me hate it.

I seem to remember (when I was about to pick myself up one of those ) that it went for about $125k.

man....thas what i thought. i did think it was closer to 100k but if that was the case i'd probably see more of them in the city. anywhere i can find an exact price? the dealer wouldnt give me a quote over the phone

If that's the case, you probably can't afford it.

$234,260 is the msrp. but all of them are already spoken for (generally), so you will have to pay a premium to get the privellege to buy one.

the db9 is a little over 150,000. all of them are already spoken for so you will have to pay higher to get the privellege.. blah blah lbah.

a few v12 vanquishs are on ebay i think.

an 50's or 60s aston dbr2 set the record for most expensive car in auction at 12 million. I think.

That's really strange; when I was typing my first reply, I started to type out 'a quarter of a million' but decided to just use numbers instead. And, for some weird reason, I wrote 125 instead of 250.

the fact you called, and not had some butler or personal shopper call for you, was perhaps hint number 1 that you couldn't afford it

get the DB7 coupe anyway. quite a bit cheaper, almost the same performance, and perhaps closer to the 125k amount than the vanquish.

this is a quote from the car expert at bonhams, an auctioneer, talking about falling prices.

Staggeringly, even $20.5m for a GTO is nowhere near the price paid for what Kidston is sure is the most expensive car transaction.

Mmmm my baby... yes, there was one sold in the 80s for just over £14mil I think.

Thats why I have to build my own, rather than buying one
