Dear all Mobile device developers

http://www.macromedia.com/software/devices/
from the above links of macromedia site, we can see nokia3650 phone with flash logo.
Is that flash player is embeded in that phone. or we can get flash player from any where?
In flashMX2004 Pro, we can get the templete for nokia3650. How the flash content working in that phone? Can we directly run swf file in that phone?
