    saving files from internet

    I am a graphic designer and am working on a self-promo cd that will go to very specific clients that will show work different than what is currently on my site. There are a number of flash intros that I would like to embed into the cd. I have permission from the client to link to the site, but no longer have access to the fla or swf files. Is there a way to save these files off the interent? I can get the html. but not the swf. The sites are currently live.

    You can if your using IE, goto www.unhsolutions.net and download the capture flash plugin.
