    Device font vs embed font

Can anybody tell me the reason why few of the pixel fonts look more sharp when we use device font than embeding the font.

Embeded pixel fonts shouldnt look anything else but perfectly sharp otherwise you are not using them properly.

Using the device font wont work because the viewer will need to have that font on their system (as it is not embeded), if not it will be a generic font that will screw up your design because you have no control on the size of it.

I dont understand why some people use pixel fonts and have them blurred. Everything on a site should be on .0 coordinates, there should be no fuzzy lines or fuzzy vector edges yet I see them everywhere.

Please have a look at the attachment. I have attached a .fla file and the font that I am using.

There is a slight difference between device font and embeded font, specially with the letters "b" "d" etc.

Is this font problem or is there any script to solve this problem.
