Need a flash guru for backend work

I'm a photographer and I've had several flash guys work on my site to get it to a place where I am very happy with it.

But now, I am looking to expand my web-sites capabilities so that I am able to upload images through Internet Explorer and incorporate them into my dynamic Flash web-site. This way I can frequently update the site myself. I'd also like to be able to import bitmaps along with each picture that will have information that corresponds with each individual picture.

There are also two miniscule tweaks I'd like to make. The guts of my site are very clean and organized. I need somebody who has done this sort of thing before and can get it done quickly.
