I need to hire a freelance Flash Designer

I have two projects that I am doing that require a bit of flash work. They are both websites that need the navigation built in flash. The only thing is, these projects need to be turned pretty quickly (I admit, I dragged my feet on these projects ) If anyone is interested then please email me. Please include a few links to some flash projects that you have done as well as your hourly rate.
