Demension.

I'm a newbie at this so please bare with my question..

How do you set the demensions of the project? I've seen some with a demension of 400 x 50, but I can't seem to find any way.

Press and hold ctrl then press M.
This brings up the movie's (project?) settings. You can change the dimensions here.
