No offense but
no, I don't like.
First thing that struck me was the pixel-ness of the leaves in your first image. The second thing was a page stating the site requirements AFTER you've already drilled down one page into the site (and the requirements page is in flash anyway).
The typography on the leaf in the main home page has to go.
If you change that stuff, the rest of it is good.

i really like what you've done with the leaves and the layout, but i think you can do better with the buttons

I do not like the time it takes to goto one thing to the next. To slow for me. Other than that I like the site.

I like it. A tad bit slow with so much animation, but I love the transition effect.
