Best Method for Portfolio/Gallery Construction?

Hey all...

I was curious...do any of you know the cleanest and best way to make a Flash portfolio page with like, text describing services with a small sample photo viewing section? Perhaps a gallery could open in a new window with previous/next buttons...something along those lines...any suggestions as to how to best make one?
