I am on MAC OSX using Flash MX Professional 2004. Is there not a component (even for sale) that will allow me to build an FTP Upload and Download area on my Flash Site?

My biggest problem is that my site is hosted by my brother's ASP.NET server and I do not have access to PHP, etc.

He says that FTP file uploads and downloads do not need a database - that this can even be accomplished via a web browser?

I have clients that need to upload image files to me and download image files from me without using any FTP software. I cannot believe that a component does not exist for this function since many sites I go to have this ability (just not within Flash that I have seen).

Any ideas?
