Hmm.... Clever title.....
The songs take too long to load. Maybe you could try a lower quality recording or stream them.

i did lower the size of the songs to about
550 kb. is there a way to steam swf files im not alowd to have mp3s on my sites.

Did you add the music navigation dots since earlier today? If it's not loading off the bat then it's not really too long to wait. I do believe you can set the music to stream from within Flash though, one of the properties of the clip? But Flash isn't my strong suit so I don't know if that's feasable for your site. I like your navigation animations a lot, very clean looking. I might speed them up just a little, just so ppl don't get tired of waiting the extra 1 second every time they need to hit a button, you know, if they come back to your site often.
Looks like you'll have a good site when you're done.

Get a different host try www.web1000.com they give you lots of band width.
When you go in for a job interview, I think a good thing to ask is if they ever press charges.
