Exporting FLV from Quicktime, Audio not exporting

I have a quicktime movie that originally was an MPEG. When I export it from Quicktime to an FLV the audio check box is grey and I can't turn it on.

When I place the newly exported FLV into Flash the movie plays but I have no audio.

Please help me understand what is happening.

    Using Flash MX 2004
    Quicktime 6.5 Pro
    Movie 320x240 30 fps

    Thanks

    Hi.
It sounds like you need to demux the .mpg file - separating the audio and video and recombining them in another format. There is free software available that can do this (e.g., BBDemux).
There are numerous posts in this forum about this that you can search through.
