looking for cool html photography sites

seriously though, if you want a clever way to show pictures with just html, you might be a little limited. On my site, I've got a scrolling <div> that lets you scroll through all the thumbnails, it's simple to do, and I'm sure you could find a few different things to do with it. If you want to see what I'm talking about, go to www.digitalgreenlight.com and go to the templates page.

If you want to use flash instead, you will find way cooler ways to show pics.

does anyone know how to do a database type photography site php type thing?

does anyone know about FileMaker? is it possible to create a database and publish it on the web using this software?

you might want to take a look at pictorialis from wordpress.org.

I had it up and running, but it wasnt quite what im was after. I am attempting to make my own at the moment, although its not going to well. My database buddy is away on hols so i've been stuck trying to code it on my own, unsuccesfully.

i downloaded movabletype and am installing it on my server now.

i know nothing about it but it looked cool.

I would have used mt but i couldnt get it installed, perl problems. Wordpress seriously took 2 mins to get installed.

why not use a 4images gallery? fairly easy to setup & you have complete control over your account.
