    Masking an entire flash movie

I was wondering if it is possible to mask an entire flash movie. Why ? I'm building a resizeble html page with some flash content in it, and it would be nice to see my html bg image continu in the background of my flash movie.
Still not clear ? (Think of the windows media player and your desktop bg)
I know director MX supports this but just can't find any info on this for flash.

    Thanks in advanced.

    I don't think it's possible.

At least I've never seen a flash movie with transparent background so that the background of the page would be visible through it.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

Works great in IE 5.5+. Crap or not at all in everything else.

WOW, something really new for me today!

I checked that thread, which in turn pointed to this site: http://www.macromedia.com/support/fl...ents/wmode.htm

Tested it with IE 6 and Mozilla 1.7 - works great!

Thanks, this will do the trick.
    Next time I'll search harder.
