The problem with Flash and full webpages (especially with shopping sites) is that search engines haven't accepted searching through a Flash page. This rules out about 90% of the search engines that rely on a main provider... I forgot the name of the company right now. The other search engines use Meta searches and Spiders (bots) to crawl the page content (html-based content). These spiders crawl through the code, find a link, follow the link, and document everything they find.
Since Flash is not based on HTML this rules out a meta crawler. So the moral is you won't get your page submitted for free and you won't get any higher on the list without the content being displayed.
The only way to fix this is to pay for a spot. Then the search engine company can complain because they can't prove what's on the site.
