When I see those wonderful drawing in comp, I really want to know whether they only create it in photoshop

When I firstly saw this picture, I really think that this is copyed from the original picture. But, when I see more in the forum, he can draw this awesome stuff in the software.

The easiest (and most obvious) program for such an image would be Corel Painter 8. A piece of software that comes close to painting in real life.

Well if you want to start drawing stuff like that you need to learn how to draw on paper.
Neways, that manga pic isn't really special, I mean its pretty nice but... It was probably drawn using a Wacom tablet and a graphics program such as Photoshop.

What is Wacom tablet? Is it a software? Is it free to dl?

its a drawing tablet that hooks up to your computer.

There is no use spending a fair bit of money on a tablet unless you can draw on paper. practice practice practice.
