What's the best way to make Adobe Acrobat documents, without buying the actual product?

I've got Photoshop Elements, Fireworks MX (soon to be MX 2004) and Office XP (soon to be Office for Mac 2004).

I have 32 pages of A5 scanned in documents I want to keep digitaly.
