did anyone know a gut tutorial how create xml files with flash mx 2k4 (php) ? ...

Apart from the new Macromedia Communication Server XML in Flash hasn't changed much since Flash 5 (when it was introduced).

The only really big change has been the speed at which XML processing occurs. If you read older stuff about speeding up XML processing you probably should just ignore it.
