I have to do a real estate web site for a client, and I would really be happy to find a template with search on on it. I prefer PHP and mySql, but im not picky. So if anyone has one or knows where I can get one, you'll save me hours and hours of scripting on a set budgeted job, therefore making me an instant millionare. Well not really.

Right, so you want a php/mysql dynamic database driven site, and you want it free?

Then make it for yourself. 'Cause you won't be able to find it online.

WRONG, I have two that i got online for free. I thought Id see if anyone had a different one while Im waiting for the host to set up a new DB.

Try ebay. people sells scripts for pennies there. Literally.

I have bought scripts for $2, rearranged them, changed them, then resold them to people for $2000.

If you have a paypal account you can probably get 5 for $5 and then choose the best or combine 1 with another.

i suggest u download a script that will serve ur purpose and modify it to fit your website. i use 4templates for inspiration. u dont have to download them. all u need is the idea right. so look at them and reporoduce the design and add all your php stuff.
