load movie in sprite.

hey guys, im making a pics section in my site, and when i press on my button my action is to load a movie in a sprite:
but the movie loads in the wrong place any ideas why.

here is the link:
wait for the LOGO" red lite" to load then click on (vip section) thats the only button that works, so u have to wait tell it loads.

and if anybody knows a good flash or non flash chat/fourm that i can use, looking for a clean interface
