    Non-caffeine morning stimulants

So lately I've picked up the habit of dipping in the morning - caffeine is nice, but kodiak gives you a helluva boost. Im not addicted to chew, just a way to get myself to wake up.

Ginkgo, ginseng, and green/black tea mixes are great as well, but take a little longer to make in the morning rush for me to do it everyday.

So how do you lot kickstart your heart?

Does that actually work? A [rather dumb] science teacher told me it doesn't, but my business partner has used it and says it does.
I really enjoy forgetting. When I first come to a place, I notice all the little details. I notice the way the sky looks. The color of white paper. The way people walk. Doorknobs. Everything. Then I get used to the place and I don't notice those things anymore. So only by forgetting can I see the place again as it really is.

caffeine can be absorbed through the skin... but I actually like the soap.

zest is about as invigorating, imho.

I know that it can be, but how effective is it for you?

And what the heck is zest?

Zest is a soap. I truly hope that you invest in some form of soap. This is just one brand of many.

Honestly? I say that the effects of caffeine are wasted on me anyway. I honestly get relaxed/sleepy with caffeine unless in high doses.

A good-morning shag used to work for me.

Then I got married and I switched to coffee.
