Viewing flash files

Is it possible to email flash files to viewers who are either pc or mac based, with no flash players nor quicktime?... what is the best format to ensure they will be able to run the movies?...

If you want people to just be able to view your work then the easiest way is probably to convert your work into a projector file!!
