Why have double menu's, one that load html pages and one that shows Flash texts?
I have to say that the design is less than impressive. It looks like the first attempts one does when starting with Flash.
Some things does not align at all ( at least here on Mac ). The mouseOver text on the Flash menu covers the buttons for instance.
You should also consider embedding the fonts to the dynamic textfields, the dreaded Times is not fun to watch.
As a web firm this will probably kill your business.

no so sad because..
thanks for you answer, I will try to do better.
but please note that:
.there wasn't anything premade in the site
.may be a lot of ppl that doesn't run Flash neither want to do some Html/Flash choice as a start.
.we chose not to embed text( other than logo)cause bandwidth
.we start to work about Flash in august 2004
best regards

I dont mean to cruel, but as your site advertise itself as a web company you will of course be compared to all other web companies ( including the big ones )..
I would rather lose some of the images and use embedded fonts intead, as they look so much better.
.we start to work about Flash in august 2004
This of course explains some things, and means you are a really fast learner. But the people who sees your page does not know that. They can just look at your page and decide if your company makes an impression on them.
As you have just started with Flash you will have the greatest journey of your life. For me it also started here at the forums some years ago, and people here have been most helpful, and the Movies and Tutorials sections are also great places to get inspiration and knowledge.
Good luck with your business..
