Vector-3d model into flash

I want to put a animated 3d model into flash, (not interactive this time!), such as a 3dStudio-model, i guess i could convert it to a .mpg or .mov file but is it any movie format based on vectors so I don't get the comprimering on the model?

& how do I use it?

I don't know of any vector-based movie formats (other than .SWF if you want to count that as a movie format). The best way to get a 3D vector animation into Flash is to use Swift3D. If you have any more questions after checking out their site let me know.
