    Question

I just finished reading the BB but i can't find this question (nor answer) for this question so i just posted it :-)

Could someone tell me what the compression setting i should use to keep the quality high and the size small ?

I tried some things myselve but .....:-(

    I can't figure out:
    1. what the compression settings in the library should be.
    2. what the compression settings in the export movie option should be.

Also the overwrite audio settings in the export movie section is not clear to me :-(

Could someone tell me what's the "standard"
that is if there is one!

My goal is almost the same as for other flashers : Keeping the SWF filesize small and keeping the quality high :-)

    Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance for those who can help me out.

    Thumbs up

If you have a sound related question
Post it in the Sounds and Music Forum.

    No worry it's cool

    Now as far as compression
    The standard is 128kbps

But your file size will be Huge
So go with 64kbps or less depending
on what is exceptible to you.

    convert stereo to mono
    use best quality

You should be all set from here.

    take care...
