    new design, feedback please

Could I get some feedback on this new interface design? Let me know your thoughts on layout, color scheme, use of space, etc. Any and all comments welcome. I want to nail down some things before I begin to animate it.

    Laring Design v4

    Thanks!

Incredably trendy but effective I think I like the site you have now a lot more, why not just jazz up what you already have?
When you go in for a job interview, I think a good thing to ask is if they ever press charges.

I like your current one better. The new one is nice, just not as slick. One problem, was that your content didn't line up with the background.

Definately like your current site better.

The new one is dull.. has pale colors and tries too much to be trendy.
Can't see any form of concept in it too.

There's waty better use of color on your current site. Maybe exploit that?

Thanks for the comments. The current site I have digitalsoybean.com is my portfolio site. This new site is to replace a joint effort of me and a few other designers. The current version of that site is here.

    Thanks for the feedback.
