Connection line

I have 2 mc's that move around the screen. All I want to do is have a line cocnnecting those 2 mc's at all times. How do I do this?

i dont know how to do it but i have seen something like this at:

you might be able to figure something out there if no one else replies. this guys friggin good though so you might not be able to understand anyof it though.
