blur effect??
how is that oh so neat blurring effect done in Flash? Any tips or a direction pointed to would be appreciated? Can it be done n Fireworks and then exported over?
Silly question probably but thats what you get for me being so new to all this!!!

I don't know if this is exactly what you mean, but you can do a blur by first making a shape(like a circle) then select the circle, go to Modify, then Shape, then Soften Fill Edges. You can play with the numbers there to get different effects. Thats the only blur that I know, but I'm sure theres more. Hope that helps.

photos are blurred with photoshop, fills in flash via the Modify/form/smoth corners (using a germanversion so i don't know the english menue names, but its in Modify)where you specify a radius and steps for smoothing
