Is this a MX combo or MX2004 combo?

That's not what I asked about! You can still use MX only combos on MX2004, but not the reverse!

Then, I have no idea what the answer to your question is. Can you tell me how to find out?

Guess if you didn't know that you can use AS1.0 components in MX2004, but must specifically import the AS1.0 set, that you're in fact using AS2.0 components, which takes me out of this ball game, since I'm on MX only still!

I would really like to get this to work. Can you tell me where to import the AS1.0 components from? Do I need to download them?

I downloaded the AS1.0 components file and installed the file. How do I get to the 1.0 components.... and how do I accomplish my original task.

Now you need to save your MX2004 .fla, in a MX only format, using Save As... and saving a copy of your .fla, changing the Document type in the Save As window...

When I did this, the combo box was removed from the stage.
