wmv and flash

I've had a search of the forums, but not really found what I want. I have a wmv file of a group whose website I'm doing. Is it possible to convert it so I can put it into a flash page (preferable), or would I need to link to it in a separate html page. Haven't really worked with video before, and I'm on a Mac. Any help very welcome.

You can convert the .wmv to a flv and or swf. You could use http://www.sorenson.com to do the conversion.
