    Design Check

Front page design will look something like this.

Any comments, before I show it to the customer?

i would say make the squares shorter and put them all down one side.and possibly wider so that "public safety" could write on 1 line you could then leave more room for the pic/content area.

i would drop the square with the e in it. and make the logo (wherever you put it) lead home.

just a couple of thoughts. it looks fairly clean and tidy other than that. tho i dont understand exactly what the "mouse tracking mask" is achieving or exactly where your content is going to go.

    good luck

Thanks for your comments. This is only the front page design, the other pages will have a flash header (not this one) and lots of XML driven content on an HTML page.

crips edge of the swf is a little harsh against the white background. a border, shadow, or something along those lines might help set it off a bit. Also, it's a bit small. I'm looking at it at 1600 x 1200 and it's just tiny. I know it can be a decent amount bigger and still fit in the screen for 800 x 600 users. But overall, a very clean site. i'll be looking forward to seeing the rest of the content pages.
    it's all in the details
