Hello all,
Could any one guide me that is it possible to integrate c++ and macromedia flash ie calling methods in c++ from macromedia flash either in flash MX 2004 or flash MX.

I don't see how that would be directly possible in a programme such as flash.
I believe you can run c++ programs on a .Net platform so you would need to talk to some .Net script that would run the c++ code and if necessary return the results to the flash programme. So it is definitly indirectly possible.

We are developing a product for our client, in which currently we r using director, flash and c++.
1. c++ will act as API and generate Extras
2. The director indeed access c++ Extras get/send values to c++
3. flash components are created accord to the module and which wil be integrated in the director.
Most of the calculation wil be in c++ director and flash wil contain very few calculation and used only for display values.
Output is director execution file communicate with both c++ and flash.
My objective is to communicate directly to c++ and flash. (Guess it is impossible.)

I don't see how it is possible but that doesn't mean it isn't! My expertise is more web based rather than application based so don't give up yet.
Have a look at fscommand() in the help files of Flash...
Usage 4: In Visual Basic, Visual C++, and other programs that can host ActiveX controls, the fscommand() function sends a VB event with two strings that can be handled in the environment’s programming language. For more information, use the keywords Flash method to search the Flash Support Center at www.macromedia.com/support/flash.
maybe see if you can find more info from macromedias site.
Sorry I couldn't be of any help.
