anyone know where i can get good tutorials for good flash navigation/interactive menus?

im not sure how i want my navigation to work on my site so i need some ideas!

thanx for the nav pages, totally didnt try looking here, i been doing some tutorials off of www.kirupa.com but for some reason its not explaining how to do it with an image just a shape.

oh yeah i tried doing the effect with a large oilers logo but it didnt work
