Lost registration number

Hello,

Stupidly I did not write down my reg number and I lost the email that held it when my windows installation corrupted.

I have written to support explaining the situation but had no response
I have just tried using the get new number web form (http://www.3dfa.com/v4_cdonts_update_rego.asp) to get a number but this gives me an ASP error.

Anyone got any ideas?

something similar happened to me
when my old computer crashed.
if i remember correctly, support
(yup)
used my name and email address
to confirm it and send it to me.
make sure support
(yup)
receives the same name and email
address that you registered it under.
cant promise anything as it has
been awhile.
