i know i need add a box model hack to the height of #menu but it didn't seem to work when i tried. If anyone can help that would be great.

hey nice stuff. have you tried the tantek model?

it implements the voice-family css2 feature which i did not see in your stylesheet

anyways a few thoughts:
[01] the buttons for home and contact us match in style your 'what we offer' and 'how ark work..'; which are not buttons.. i thought this was a little confusing.

[02] although i didn't check, but you may want to link to your stylesheet with the @import feature.. this way the v4 browsers and less won't read the stylesheet

[03] to take it a step further you should create a stylesheet for print versions.

I have now used the @import instead now.

I have also sorted out the box model hack.

and yes i agree that the nav and heading are too similar.
