high quality full screen flash

I know flash is not built to display high quality video in full screen but if one was to go about trying this are there tips?

What tools would i need to do this... would the standard latest version of macromedia flash be the best way to create say 20 second full screen adverts.

I'm using it to display ads over a network on webserver.. but the ads will play off the local machine so loaded of the machine it plays on.

Has flash got the capabilities to do this? Has anyone worked wiht flash for video display in fullscreen off a local machine?

Took flash @ full screen from PC took the second svga out to a scan converter to a plasma display tv and also a video projector, looked great! Make sure the pc you play it from is fast, lots of ram 128mb and fast hard drive,if you loading content.
