Ok, Im doing this scene in my movie where a guy shoots another character, I want it to zoom in on the guys eyes before it shoots and I want it to seem low as in bullet time, how many frames should I space out and whats do I do for zoomng, I will want to zoom back out so how do i do that too.

the frame rate depends on the gral speed of your movie... but the most important thing is the sound. Sound should give you the feeling of slow motion. the zooming can be acomplished by scaling up and down your images.

    slow sounds my friend.
    have you seen the matrix?
you have the audio playing at normal rate, then when it go in bullet time everything stops except the charcter and the audio, they go slower. so your background audio and charcter should do the same.
    How to slow them down?
the character is easy: just add more frames in the timeline.
the music is a little harder: get and audio program, I use adobe auditon, in the moment that the bullet time starts in the movie slow down the music with your program... then import it to flash and set it to stream and voila'

lol I thrwe that together withi n a few seconds gimme a break I know i dont got graphics and stuff, I oculdnt figure out wy my mouth was moving in the first place...

and yah i realized the arms and stuff need to move slower, but my problem is I dont know how to make stuff like the arms go from fast to slow, if you look i have the whole body in a layer all seperated and i dont know how to slow it seperately, can you tell me how or show me an example with that.!

each limb or anything you want to animate should be in diferent layers. then add frames to make it slower. and dont worry about the slider, I've allready fixed it.
