Is flash capable of uploading files to visitors. (Ex: I created a song and I would like my visitors to download it from my site.) How can this be achieved?

I don't know if this is what u mean..
If some visitor press a button called "Download my new hit", and when they press they will be able to download the song. If so can't u use the "Get url" with properties set something like: http://www.TheHitMaker.com/NewHits/Y...icHeart.mp3/??
I'm total green in advanced Flash but it was just an idea, I have used it for some photographs.....
