random stuff in frames

well, i was just wondering if you can apply random actions
to frames rather than MCs

like if frames 5 - 10 go, there will be a chance that
it will go to frame 11?

is it possible?

erhm, well, i think it is possible to do it

im just asking how you do random stuff with percentages?

like there a 40% chance that while in the frames, it will do something,

and 60% that while in the frames, it will not do anything...

how do you do that?

well, anyway, there's another conflict i thought of,

if the movie runs on the frame over and over again,
wont it be that the percentages will not work or will become useless?

or will the percenage work only if the movie runs on the frame all over again?

hhmmm any opinions on this?
