Website that index good designed websites ??

Hi,
I am forgetting a website link, which i founded from FK Forums, but i have lost its link. That's motive was to show top quality and best designed HTML Based Websites, it also ranked them and no doubt those websites were really cool, but they were not only Flash made, there were mostly HTML/DHTML kind of websites.


So, anybody knows that's link or such kind of websites ??

If you're going to those sites to get some ideas, I usually drop by at www.templatemonster.com As weird as "templates" may sound like, they do have in fact, pretty good designs which you can get some ideas from.
