    urgent help

    hey

i have created a short slideshow of images.
what i did was make some tweens in imageready that four images fade in then out(didn't know how to in flash)
    then imported that into flash.
then imported some music(another problem, when i hit the return key it stops the slideshow but music carriues on!!)

i want to export it so it runs in quiktime.

all i did was went to export then selected quiktime and ticked the relevant beoxes but it doesnt work, comes up with an error about headers or quiktime doesnt recognise it.

    grrr

help needed i need to finish it pronto

    thanks

When you export to QuickTime , animations inside movieclips wont work. Only things that happen on the main timeline.

When exporting to QuickTime set the Publish Settings to Flash 5 as QuickTime is always a version behind.

No, I just pointed out how it works.

Did you set it to Flash 5 in the Publish settings.

(Note: There are 2 QT export options. One makes a regular QT movie out of your swf, the other does not alter the swf but makes the swf play as is in the QT player ( the QT player also has a Flashplayer included, but somewhat limited ) in its Flash Tracks ).

If all is ending up in QuickTime maybe you should check the options of doing a QT slideshow from the start.
