    As 3DFA is closing the gates, what is the best alternate, which can be easy as 3DFA.

    Have a look at:

    Swish Max
    Koolmoves
    Namo Flash Creator
    Glanda

    All have demos available - but don't expect to find something that is 3DFA, they are all pretty different and you need to spend some time learning the differences.

    Just try and see what suits you.
