flash interactive map with users' locations

Has anyone ever done (or want to do) this ? It would need to be zoom-able so names don't get cluttered. Guestmap from Bravenet is a general idea of what I'm talking about, but we're thinking something more detailed.

Done before ? I haven't done any flash since Flash5 so I'm a bit rusty. If something is already out there, we'll just leverage it.
