Can anybody help with a step by step tutorial or instructions?

What I am trying to do is:

Create a long lasting or permanent interactive drag and drop with a message attached.

* User logs in
* User selects a realistic flower (with text input message card).
* User drags flower to another location
* User writes message on card for other visitors
* User logs out

* New Visitors to the page can view flower and message as per previous user input.

Is this possible?
