Newb needing help for sounds

Hi all. Im pretty much new to flash and know abosolutly nothing. I can make a pointlessly rubbish crappy animations.(Very badly) But i was hoping that someone ould link me to a very easy to understand step by step learning for flash, and also how dou put sounds and music on.....
