Remove movie clip problem

Hi,
i am experincing problem with remove movie clip.
I have stored names of movieclips that are duplicated using duplicateMovieClip command. And when ever i need to remove them, i take names from array, eval them and then call removeMovieClip to remove them from my movie.

This works fine most of the time, but some time some movie clips remains on the stage. I tried to loop twice, hard coded the known names of movie clip to remove them but couden't get rid of this problem.

does anyone ever faced such problem?
